We offer flat-rate shipping to simplify your shopping experience. Every order is carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking number.

Production & Shipping Times

• Production: Approximately 5 to 10 business days .

• Shipping: Delivery time varies depending on location, usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Neoprene Flooring

• Quebec & Ontario: $25

• Other provinces (Canada): $45



If your order contains both types of products, only the higher rate will be applied.

Sublime 4x8 Foldable Stand

• Quebec & Ontario: $25

• Other provinces (Canada): $40

Please note that the shipping costs for this item are separate from the backdrop and 
flooring, as it comes from a different supplier. If you order the stand + other 
products, the shipping costs will be added together.

Exceptions – Remote Areas or High Actual Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are flat fees based on average delivery costs. However, if your address is in a remote area, or if the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the charged rate, we reserve the right to:

• Contact you to approve an additional shipping fee, or

• Offer you the option to cancel your order at no cost.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Additional fees may apply if the package is returned or needs to be resent due to an address error.
