Refund policy
As our backdrops are made to order, they are final sale, except in the case of a product with a printing problem or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please email us at info@sublimebackdrop.com within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Please include photos taken with studio lighting so we can quickly assess the situation. It will be replaced in the same material, size, and design as originally ordered, without exception.
